Reusability isn’t useful for a rocket like SLS, it only launches twice a year at most so it wouldn’t benefit much from it, and making it reusable would make it way more complicated and expensive to develop

100 tons at fully reusable is most likely equal to over 150 tons to 200 tons expendable to low earth orbit at minimum 1/20 the cost of SLS
