hmm funny thing is this chart is off for me I started at 37 hysterectomy at 43 and so no periods but my dr said ill be done at 48 and so Im 46 now. the hotflashes came on at 37 and everything went too shit with dysfunctional ivaries😁

Well, this is all true. I think it’s interesting how we get to 5556 and 57 and stress and different types of food and not enough water and exercise can actually affect our heart. I’ve been healthy all my life and I can’t believe how sick I’ve become in my 50s.
