@relevantradio: Is baptism necessary for salvation? Father Rocky explains why Jesus's words in John 3:5 make baptism necessary for salvation — but also why the Church teaches that someone who desires baptism and dies before receiving it isn't left without hope. Had you heard of baptism of desire or blood before this? #Catholic101 #FatherRocky #Baptism #CatholicFaith

Baptism is not necessary; it is an act of obedience. Whoever repents and accepts Jesus as their Lord and Savior is saved, even without being baptized. Apparently, they do not read the Bible carefully.

Jesus baptized as an adult. catholics baptize at childbirth. they usurp the choice, a new born can't make the choice.

If you are going to tell me that when I got saved, when I experienced the Holy Spirit enter my life and completely changed me, that I’m not saved because I wasn’t baptized, I’m telling you that you are absolutely wrong.

This is why people are led astray. Pastors and priest don't know the bible. the scripture means born of woman. you ever heard a pregnant woman's water breaking. the whole purpose of being born flesh was to choose God or Satan. and to be born of flesh, we have to come thru woman.

And nobody knows if a thief and a cross was baptized or not. But people can give their life to Christ all the way up until they take their last breath. Not mother Mary Jesus Christ.

So you are calling Jesus a liar because he told the thief on the cross that he was going to heaven without being baptized. Also you are cherry picking Scripture because the rest of your example in context is a conversation with Nicodemus, in the dark, to enlighten him on the err of his ways.

So I was baptized as an infant as a Catholic. Then I was baptized in my early 20s at my husband's church. Now I'm 72 living fully with Jesus, do I have to get baptized again?

When John was baptizing in the river Jordan. It means the river Jordan water was blessed. When the river evaporated into clouds the world was blessed and baptized indirectly and to this day that same blessed river Jordan continues to bless the world.
