#serbia #warsong #israel #usa #anime Graham’s number is an enormous number that serves as an upper bound for the solution of a specific problem in Ramsey theory. It is an extremely large power of 3, expressed using Knuth’s up-arrow notation. The number is named after mathematician Ronald Graham. Graham’s number became widely known after Martin Gardner described it in his Mathematical Games column in Scientific American in November 1977. Gardner wrote: “In an unpublished proof, Graham recently established a bound so large that it holds the record as the largest number ever used in a serious mathematical proof.” In 1980, the Guinness Book of World Records repeated Gardner’s claim, further increasing public interest in the number. Graham’s number is unimaginably larger than other famous large numbers such as a googol, a googolplex, and even Skewes’ number and Moser’s number. The entire observable universe is far too small to contain an ordinary decimal representation of Graham’s number (even if each digit occupied only a single Planck volume). Even power towers of the form (a^{b^{c^{\cdot^{\cdot^{\cdot}}}}}) are inadequate for representing Graham’s number in the same sense. However, it can be defined using recursive notations such as Knuth’s up-arrow notation (or equivalent notations), which is how Graham originally expressed it. The last 500 digits of Graham’s number are:

WATCH: A Lebanese reporter for a Hezbollah-controlled TV station runs for cover as an explosion erupts behind him after an Israeli missile strike targets "terrorist infrastructure." Al-Manar TV correspondent Ali Chbib and cameraman Mohammad Berjawi were wounded in the Israeli strike on the southern Lebanese town of Nabatieh al-Fawqa. The Israeli military says, "the IDF is aware of reports that a journalist in the vicinity of the terrorist infrastructure was harmed during the strike. The IDF does not target uninvolved individuals or journalists under any circumstances." The IDF says its targets included what it described as Hezbollah weapons storage facilities and a command center inside a building previously used as a hospital. Lebanon's health ministry says 11 people, including two women, were killed in Israeli strikes across southern Lebanon Sunday.
