Can be as simple something baked and a cup of coffee around the dinning table It can be an easier way to start a conversation & let someone know you’re thinking of them And of course taking some homemade is a delicious way to do this which of you want the recipe comment “LAM” and I will send it your way But you can also grab a pack to take with you if you don’t have time to make them 🤎 And today is officially @ruokanyday and it’s always a good reminder to check in on your friends, family, neighbours, co-workers but its a question we should ask everyday or anyday not just 1 day in the year You don’t need to know the perfect thing to say sometimes just letting someone know you are there is all it needs to be Mental health is something that is super important to me, you may have seen me mention before about going for a walk just to clear my mind & take a paise, and being in the kitchen is always a happy place for me 🤎 We all have things we may be going through in all different ways and it’s a great reminder to maybe reach out to someone you have been thinking of 🤎🤎 And maybe we need to bring back more of the 90’s drop in visits nothing planned months in advance just a hey im popping around with something for morning tea #ruokanyday #ruokday #ad #lamingtons #ashleysplace r u ok day 2026
