He is currently AT RISK🚨 and urgently looking for a placement or adoption. While in care, Caprese has been observed to be mouthy and has a low threshold for arousal. Noted to take treats with a hard mouth and fixate on inanimate objects such as the hose. Caprese is noted by staff and volunteers to be sweet, social, and enjoys pets.💯 When I met Caprese, I saw such a sweet, well-mannered boy. He loved treats and playing fetch, sat nicely for treats, and took them gently from my hand. He was attentive, affectionate, and playful without being overly intense. I can only speak from my own interaction, but Caprese was such a good boy—a great listener with the sweetest soul. 💕 9/3/26: Caprese is at the front of his kennel with a loose body; he is easily leashed and brought out the room. Caprese walks with no leash tension and reactivity to people or dogs. Caprese frequently looks back at the handler with soft eyes; he walks right in front of them so he can eat treats. Upon entry, the handler clips their leash and returns Caprese to his kennel. Please give this handsome brindle boy a chance.
