@inaky88: New agents ask me all the time why they feel stuck. Here’s what I tell them: go to the office. It sounds too simple, but here’s why it matters. When you work from home, it’s easy to just wait around for a client to text you wanting to see homes. You show up, you show the home, you go back home, and that’s it. You’re working in your business, but never on it. Going into the office forces you to actually build, follow up, prospect, plan, the stuff that grows a business instead of just running one showing at a time. My mornings are for office work and follow-ups. My afternoons are for clients and appointments. I work Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. I don’t work weekends, and I tell my buyer clients that upfront. Sometimes it costs me a deal. Most of the time it doesn’t. I can run my business this way because I built systems that don’t require me to be on call 24/7 like most agents are.
