With a baby on the way, id definitely go for a 4 bedroom house if yous can afford it. you'll want the extra storage etc.

They aren’t being terminated. The landlord has decided not to offer them a new lease so their existing 6-month fixed-term tenancy is coming to an end and they’ve been given the required 2 months’ notice to find somewhere else. There could be many reasons they weren’t offered another lease: the owner may want to renovate, find different tenants, move back in themselves, etc.

It might of been hard finding 2 rooms, maybe 3 rooms is going to be easier. I feel most homes are 3 rooms so more luck.

Because you’s got a termination notice does that mean if you found a house next week and were approved you’d bypass the breaking lease fee? If so that’s a plus side I guess 😅
