@annsvan: Life lately has been interesting. I found myself in an overwhelmed creative block with a thousand half started projects. When I bought this 1982 RV 7 months ago, I dove headfirst into everything all at once. I was so excited to make this little place mine and I wanted to do EVERYTHING… and then along the way, all that excitement turned into overwhelm. I had so many half finished projects and piles of things waiting for me that I started feeling like I was constantly behind. And then I did what I tend to do when I get overwhelmed… I froze. I stopped finishing anything. I know I can’t give myself too much of a hard time because I’ve done SO much to this little RV in 7 months. I think I just stopped letting myself see it because I was too focused on everything that still wasn’t done. So lately I’m trying something different. One little corner at a time. One project at a time. Less pressure to finish the whole house and more time actually enjoying the home I’m creating. Today that meant waking up and deciding I wanted my doors to feel a little more like fall. So I made myself a wreath. Nothing huge. Nothing that transformed the whole RV.
