@renee_bowen: what a GIFT it’s been to be a part of your lives for so long 💜 I first met this amazing family in 2013 for a family session and it was love at first meeting 😅 We then went on to shoot a whole year of senior portraits, engagements, a wedding, pregnancy announcements and now more family pictures 💜 and can you even handle how perfect this baby is?!! (That second slide is one of my all time fave shots) As I head into my 56th year on this planet this month, and experience all the aches and pains that go along with holding a camera and contorting my body in crazy ways for over 20 years now - it’s sessions like this that make me deeply grateful that I can still do this 🙌🏼 And it’s sessions and families like this that make me remember how much I still love it Even though I’ve cut back on how many sessions I take, and I’ve added more to the coaching and education side of my biz … I know I’ll always be a photographer in some way I have zero desire to shoot 50+ seniors a year like I once did - not because I don’t love it - but because it’s SO. MUCH. WORK. And hard as hell on my body 😮‍💨 So I am more intentional about my session load now … This Fall I’m only offering 4 mini session dates - my email list got the info this morning but I’ll also post a link my stories When they’re booked, that’s it ☺️ I’d love to help capture your family #familyportraits #losangelesphotographer #santaclaritaphotographer
