My daughter, out of the blue, had awful allergy eyes, (she wasn't my allergy kid), anyways they were so bad that the pharmacist asked me if I was sure she didn't have pink eye. I had already taken her to the Dr. and that is where I learned about allergy eye drops. Needless to say, we keep multiple bottles of that on hand for Fall allergies and the beginning of Spring allergies.

When I was an early teen and sharing makeup with a friend, I got it. The medication was a cream, which I thought was odd to put in my eyes, but the relief was beyond worth it.

Oh man, I’m gonna knock wood that I’ve never had to deal with this myself or with any of my children. That sounds so complicated. Definitely necessitate the doctor visit to figure out what’s happening.

My mum told me that pink eye is when you get spunk in your eye (semen and btw we are from the uk) so it’s always made me laugh hearing Americans call it pink eye normally😂 I’ve always thought conjunctivitis was normal but pink eye was caused by the other thing😂

I'm pretty sure I had conjunctivitis about 2 weeks ago and it just fixed itself a few days later, my left eye was constantly itching, there were tears coming out and every morning it'd be sticky and have some goop in it, that was certainly an interesting experience

I work in daycare been exposed to pink eye many times didn’t get it than in 2024 got Covid that gave me pink eye both eyes 🤮

i had perfect eye sight, got conjunctivitis and it meesed up my eye sight really bad. my eyes were so swollen it started spreading to the rest of my face. So bad ER Dr wanted to admit me. 😩

So what about an 82 yr old with goopy, sticky eyes, why do the same rules not apply? Falls in category #1 but asked the facility PA more than once and was always told there was no issue. If my 7 yr old has identical symptoms pediatrician always says it’s bacterial and prescribes drops - I don’t get it.

Hey Dan, I have a question! 🙋♀️my whole entire life I went without eczema, and when I got pregnant for the first time, I had the worst case my doctor has ever seen eczema in her entire life and even now two years later sometimes I get these massive flareups can regular moisturizer help with the eczema or do I need to get an antibiotic cream? If I need to get an antibiotic cream, I will speak with my doctor because the flareup is back usually, it’s worse in the winter, but I’ve been under stress and I was wondering if that has anything to do with the flareup as well. I probably sound dumb for asking this because the answer might be right in my face, but I figured I would ask. 😊
