It is absolutely heartbreaking knowing that we are taking such massive steps back as a society. it's so impossible to find an actual genuine human connection and it really is the phones, the technology. that with ever year it advances we lose ourselves and what's truly important. people now find it so easy to just throw whatever words or opinions they have on anyone and just scroll. Unrealistic beauty standards, unrealistic life standards, and just a lack of attention span all come with this hell we've created. Life is amazing, it's breathtaking, and truly one of the most precious things you could be gifted. The fact that we can learn, love, feel, see, hear is amazing and there is so many ways that us as people can connect. Music, food, dancing, art, words, culture are all forms of connection that we are slowly loosing with every new generation, don't even get me started with AI spewing out slop of what used to be so human and the best way for us to express ourselves. Everyone needs to just take a step outside and put the phone down. remember you are here and no matter where you are in life you're not behind, your not doing things wrong you're just learning how to live like everyone before us and after us will be doing. let the people in your life know you love them and open your self to others before it's to late.

whenever I post videos I get self conscious because my teeth are a bit yellow and I have terrible crowding. the funny thing is I'm never insecure about it in public or when a little kid asks "why my teeth are like that"

No. Those people are wrong, Teeth are not supposed to be this pure-cartoony white. they're quite literally supposed to be "Pearly white" to be deemed as healthy enough even if they have a little bit of stain that's normal too. the only reason teeth should be cartoony-white is if the person is a baby just starting to grow them even then those will eventually become the off-white. everything you said in this entire video I agree with. fixing my attention span, and I'm glad your speaking about every topic here. because people really have become WAY TOO comfortable. or treat social media like one big dating website.

I hate how people do this. People have made fun of my weight, my face, my teeth, my hips and everything about me and it’s part of the reason I developed a ED a while ago that I’m still recovering from and made me so insecure I can’t look into mirrors most the time cause I’ll start overthinking then get so physically sick with myself that I can’t go to school. It’s terrible and I feel so bad for others who also experience this
