im an auto lec and seen the last couple vids on this . instead of making it a game can we upload it as a " gimmick pre wire check " would be good to setup a few things and try before we jump into the job . atleast for the big jobs anyway

Pretty good progress mate. 2 suggestions - the multimeter can usually do dc volts, dc amps, resistance, continuity (among others). If you have the multimeter and probes set for current and try to measure voltage, the internal fuse will blow. The second - a power probe (or even an incandescent lamp as a dummy load). You can have a good connect with little resistance - but as soon as load is applied the voltage drops to zero. It got tricky quick by the looks. I could probably figure it out eventually, it’d take me time though.
