What does it say about your boss when you give them your notice and the only thing they say is “I was hoping you would wait until after my trip”. Didn’t say I’m sorry to see you go or I wish you the best. But all other employees said they would miss me and they are sad that I’m leaving. And then they wished me the best. Just made my decision to leave feel like it was the right thing to do.
