please explain the important or essence of the conveyance ?why certificate necessary. because they dont get money from the insurance of conveyance that's they want to introduce certificate level. its not important for certificate of land .These certificates will be issued to politicians or people of favor nor local authorities that owns or know the history of the lands in their various communities. Remember if a certificate is issued to a politicians by hsve conveyance or local land paper what will you do .the politicians owns or other person of favor holds the certificate its called legal grabbing. I dont support the process , let them enforce the conveyance documents that has our local authorities involvement. I remain
