Look my husband just turned 30. We had been trying to conceive for 8 yrs. We thought it was just me until they took a deeper dive. It turned out that he had fertility issues as well. I told him to go see a urologist. She is great and got him on track with the right meds for him. His testosterone has gonna up and his sperm count has tripled. Also with some lifestyle changes like looser boxers, increased water intake and fitness.

The male OBGYN I saw my last pregnancy told me that 75% of the time it’s the man that has the fertility issues. I looked at him shocked obviously. Older gentleman also.

There is a documentary on Netflix, I think it's called micro plastics. It focuses on how plastic affects fertility, mostly in men. Couples spent months decreasing their exposure to plastic. A definite watch!

Mate, honestly, respect to you opening up about this. When your manhood is challenged like this its extremely tough to deal with. I have been there. One question i would ask the lab is are they "spinning down" your sample? with my test there were no swimmers, they spun it down and found some healthy ones. I did clomid, Hcg injections and menevit for about a year, only got my sperm count to 40 individual sperm. Those 40 were extremely healthy and led to 8 healthy embryos which is a mircale in itself. Wifey is currently 18 weeks pregnant. none of it would be possible if they didnt spin the sample down. From one crappy sperm brother to another. YOU GOT THIS!!!! I BELIEVE IN YOU!!!

King, you dropped this 👑. We need more men talking about fertility. My husband was so ashamed when we got blindsided by his diagnosis. He’s the “healthy fit one” — so why would we suspect him when I have health issues and am the overweight one? It took a lot to get him to talk about it. We need to normalize these conversations! Men deserve as much support and resources as women do in the fertility community.

Hey man, I have Azospermia so unfortunately there was nothing I could do. I did had surgery/TESE to be 100% sure. There are a lot of reasons why your test reads zero right now, so your road might different than mine. But thank you for posting this, there’s not a lot of information out there for men. My wife and I are 10 weeks pregnant now after a long IVF journey. We had to use a donor but for me the fact that we’re even pregnant is the best thing in the world.

We tried for 3 yrs had testing and my husband came back with very low sperm. Like a 0.01 chance of pregnancy. They had him wear loose boxers and told hom to stop working in the kitchen we worked in. Basically the heat had killed his sperm. They also gave him Clomid we were pregnant within 3 months. Our 1st son just turned 16 and 2nd is 13.

Guys.. another thing to keep in mind is the chemicals you work with or are exposed to. Please get those SDS's and take note of your exposure risks, PPE requirements and hygiene. A lot of chems can cause fertility issues too. Talk to your safety person at work.
