This reminds me of the TV screen that plays in every zombie or any type of outbreak movie at the beginning. It’s usually a scientist hinting or talking about a possible threat, but no one is really panicking because it hasn’t happened yet or it’s not likely to happen. Then the scene slowly pans out to the world pretty much destroyed.
