Tech Recruiter here. Information Technology (IT) is higher than cybersecurity in terms of what we look for. CIS is better than everything you said in C tier. Other than that, pretty good.

ngl, as someone who has a computer science degree and has 5yrs in IT now, you dont need a degree for IT. its like being a mechanic with a degree in mechanical engineering. best techs ive ever worked with have 0 degrees, a laundry list of certs, and pure experience.
