please, replace your helmet every 5 years no matter what. Don't buy a department store helmet. Go to your local bike shop and purchase a helmet that fits you. Spending 100.00 dollars on a good helmet is way cheaper than a CT Scan.

is it possible that I tightened it too much? because the wheel doesn't click anymore and it only holds loosely. it's brand new too. 😩

Hey, I think this is a super great video because not enough people know about this, i only have on thing you said that I thought was a bit odd. You said that you should only replace it if it took a significant hit, I would always recommend to replace a helmet as soon as it’s taken a hit, as also can’t see the foam structure underneath the shell.

I just replaced my "pandemic helmet" where you just had to guess your size and weren't allowed to try anything on and pick up at the door lol. It was loose on my head. I grabbed a $300 Smith helmet that was listed as on sale but it was just a store mess up and I got it anyways at 50% off 🤣
