One time I was working in PICU. They had a medically complex baby (but they weren’t critical by any means) but DAD. DAD KNEW EVERYTHING. I’d speak to mom and DAD WOULD ANSWER TO A T. He knew his baby girl and everything about her healthcare. I thought it was refreshing how involved he was.
