Maybe ur right, the last time i did it was 3 years ago and i remember after i did it i had a few months of goodness come to me! I felt good, i felt positive, i had more energy to do things i wanted. Thanks for the reminder. It is not Allahs goal to burden us but purify us!!! Thats why fasting is also so important, wuddhu, prayer. And ruqya too! I agree. May Allah bless🤍
