that chart is wrong too. 0–30 Very low; essentially RO/distilled water, little mineral content 30–100 Excellent for drinking; light mineral content

a bit of a misconception with TDS meters. TDS means total dissolved solids so you can take spring water and it may say 300 but it's full of plenty of healthy minerals like calcium or you can get water off your roof and the only dissolve solid is your asphalt shingles and that is not good for you. it also can't measure any sort of bacteria not that they're really be any in fresh rainwater but you can see my point. it doesn't measure quality just how much stuff is dissolved in the water, good or bad

That meter don’t tell you if water is safe to drink , that’s a tds meter (total dissolved solids) Yes the lower the number the better it’s gonna taste .

This is not a good test. it's only measuring anything that isn't water. tap will be higher due to minerals and other positive things as well as chlorine

I cant remember a time I ever drank faucet water. I always knew there is no way the same water from a toilet that is recirculated can be clean.
