@saltsugarandstories: We’re HOME from our first camping trip! 🙌🏼 And on our first night back, Hunter was here and I wanted something sweet, so I threw together this German Chocolate Dump Cake. Y’ALL. 😳 This thing is absolutely DIVINE. And let me correct myself before the internet has to call an emergency meeting 😂 I think I said 375° in the video, but bake it at 350°F! Here’s what I did: 🥥 1 cup shredded coconut 🥜 1 cup chopped pecans 🥛 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 🍫 Heath pieces OR chocolate chips 🍰 1 box German chocolate cake mix or Devil’s Food cake mix 🥛 8 oz Carnation evaporated milk 🧈 1 stick butter, melted 🤎 A little vanilla Spray a 9x13 pan and layer the coconut, pecans, sweetened condensed milk and Heath pieces. Sprinkle the DRY cake mix evenly over the top. Mix the evaporated milk, melted butter and a little vanilla, then pour that over the dry cake mix. Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes. That’s it. No mixing the cake batter. No carrying on. Just dump it in there and let the Lord handle the rest. 😂 It is gooey, chocolatey, buttery, coconutty, pecan goodness, and I’m telling y’all right now… MAKE THIS ONE. 🤎 Y’all try this! Ps.
