go to a GOOD dermatologist and get a prescription for tretnoin, they start u off with the lowest dose, its worth a try and its not that harsh on ur skin as long as u moisturize everyday and use sunscreen !!

Panoxyl 4% gradually increase to 10% if u aren’t seeing change (in the am) and tret or adapalene at night. use a very gentle moisturizer and make sure u wear sunscreen. The only downside to this routine is that it lowkey takes some time to see dramatic changes but it definitely will help ur skin 🤗
