@crmnallyobsessed: Three jurors have come out to talk about the lone holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy case and what they say happened before the mistrial. Lindsay Clancy’s trial for the deaths of her three children ended in a mistrial on September 4. Jurors who have since spoken publicly say an unnamed male juror was the lone holdout during deliberations. The jury foreperson, Roni Carlson, says the holdout admitted he had reasonable doubt but would not agree to a verdict. Other jurors say the man refused to consider evidence they believed was important and didn’t really interact with the rest of the jury. They also say he couldn’t get past the fact that Clancy killed her three children. No decision has been made on whether Clancy will be retried.

They incriminated themselves by saying “from the start they were voting for not guilty” they need to be arrested and thank God for that one juror who stood his ground.
