@swaka_1: Toddler-approved Tuscan-inspired beef pasta 🍝 Cooking with my fave @From Our Place Ingredients • 12 oz pasta • 1 lb ground beef • 1 medium onion, diced • 6 garlic cloves, minced • 2 cups spinach • ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes • 2 tbsp tomato paste • 1 tbsp sun-dried tomato oil • 1 tbsp butter • 2 cups milk • 2 cups bone broth (or chicken/beef broth) • 1 cup Parmesan (or mozzarella!) • Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper How to make it: Brown seasoned beef. Add onion, garlic, butter, sun-dried tomatoes, tomato oil & tomato paste and sauté. Add pasta, milk, broth & seasonings. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook 10–12 min, stirring halfway through.
