@vasquez_zully: URGENT PLEA — CLEVELAND, TX | COLONY RIDGE 🚨 📍 The Dumping Grounds This is where dogs are discarded without a second thought. 💔 Left behind to starve. Left behind to suffer. Left behind to die. Someone dumped this sweet boy at the dumping grounds, and now he is rotting away right in front of people’s eyes. He is extremely emaciated — skin and bones — and he simply does not have much time left. 😞💔 He cannot survive much longer out there. We are desperately looking for: 🐾 A local foster who can give him a safe place to recover 💰 Pledges to help cover his medical care, food, and rehabilitation 🏠 A reputable rescue willing to step up and give him a chance at life He did not choose to be dumped. He did not choose to starve. He did not choose this life. But we can choose to help him. 🙏🏽 Please, if you can foster, rescue, pledge, or even share this post, please do it now. His life may depend on it. 📍 Cleveland, TX — Colony Ridge 💔 He needs help before it’s too late. One dog at a time. One life at a time. Please don’t let this boy die alone. 🙏🏽🐾 #libertycounty #fyp #dog #germanshepherd #rescue

we have soooo many empty land here. with all the taxes that we pay, owner/city or who ever is getting rich with us definetly could separate 3 lands and create a nice huge place just for them. but no!, so greedy 🙄

You massively underestimate how much the people around you are shaping your life. If all your friends waste their evenings, wasting yours doesn’t feel that bad. If nobody around you prays on time, slowly missing salah stops feeling serious. If everyone complains about money but nobody is actually trying to improve their situation, eventually you start doing the same. But put yourself around people who are disciplined... And suddenly you feel lazy. Around people who wake up for Fajr... And suddenly sleeping through it bothers you. Around people building businesses, training, learning and taking responsibility... And suddenly your excuses start sounding ridiculous. That’s the power of your environment. The Prophet ﷺ said: “A person is upon the religion of his close friend, so let one of you look at whom he befriends.” (Sunan Abi Dawud 4833; Jami’ al-Tirmidhi 2378) I’ve seen this play out so many times in my own life. Every time I’ve entered a room where people were operating at a higher level than me, eventually my own standards started changing. Simply because being around them showed me what was possible. Your circle is quietly giving you permission every single day. Permission to grow. Or permission to remain exactly where you are. So be very careful who you spend your time with. You don’t just choose your friends. In many ways... You’re choosing the person you’ll eventually become. So put yourself around the right people and the right environment to make growth inevitable. Btw, that's exactly what we're building… This Sunday, I'll be sharing the vision behind the first global brotherhood for Muslim men who want to stop drifting through life and start building it alongside other good men. If you're ready for that, then click the link in my bio to reserve your place.
