Mix lightly and let rest for 5 to 10 minutesuntil foamy. Add the olive oil and salt. Mix. Add all the flour and mix with a spoon until youget a moist, sticky dough. No need to knead: Cover the bowl with a plastic cloth and let it restfor 1 hour or until it doubles in size. After it rises, I mix the dough lightly just toremove the excess air. Place the dough in a greased or parchment-linedpan. Cover and let rest for more than 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the bread isgolden.
