@elvii.sweets: Chocolate Chip Nutella Bombs🤎🧸🍫 Recipe 180ml warm milk 50g unsalted butter, softened 45g sugar 7g instant yeast 1 egg + 1 egg yolk 1 tsp vanilla extract 240g all-purpose flour Pinch of salt Chocolate chips, as much as you like Nutella for the inside Egg Wash 1 egg 1 tsp milk Instructions In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes. Add the egg, egg yolk and vanilla, then mix together. Add the flour and salt and knead until a dough starts to form. Add the softened butter and continue kneading until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a little flour. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size. Gently deflate the dough and knead in the chocolate chips. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape each into a ball. Flatten each ball, add Nutella in the center, then seal the dough კარგად and roll into a smooth ball. Place on a lined baking tray, cover and let them rise for another 20 minutes until slightly puffy. Mix the egg and milk together and brush over the tops. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 18–20 minutes or until golden brown. While still warm, brush with a little melted butter.
