Well when we say there is a bug in the system or code, literal bugs were actually the start of that saying in IT. I believe the first bug to do it was a moth or butterfly so looks like they are diversifying. This customer will continue to have bugs if they don’t address the infestation in their home. Looks like German cockroaches so please make sure you catch em all or you will suffer the same fate.
