I even condition my roots. I have dry scalp and hair so it needs it and I can go 10 days before starting to have slightly greasy hair. Everyone is different

Guys always shampoo your ends and just use hair masks and always use conditioner, shampoo opens the cuticle which allows the masks to penetrate better into your hair!!

I never understood why people said to never shampoo your ends .. it still gets dirty just like the rest of your hair. Esp all the buildup from hair products , etc.

i’ve never been behind the ‘don’t shampoo your ends’ thing. like think of what the ends of your hair may touch throughout the day, especially long hair that whips around when you move your head. plus the film conditioner leaves, styling products, leave ins etc.
