I appreciate men! I grew up with no male influence or a view of how they should work. It built something that’s so difficult for me to release. I’d love the support because i understand the amplification…but im so unsure how to break the over production piece of myself. I don’t know how to feel safe receiving because I never had the chance ! I’m trying but it seems the more I let go the more things break like life crumbles I’m so confused!! So I just get back into this loop
