@ryanlillwashington: Babe, from dropping 100lbs, to dropping 175lbs, to dropping 30lbs more and maintaining. My goal has ALWAYS been to build sustainable habits over time that *I* can stick to. To change my life. To do hard things. To make smarter choices. To try, even when it's hard. And I don't believe that any of information l've been given or have used to make these changes should be gatekept. Using @Gimme Care to help me with my food noise while losing my last 30lbs has been truly life changing. It doesn't do the hard stuff for you, but it does quiet the noise. If you're interested in knowing more, follow my link! #gimmecarepartner
Thank you so much for this! I’m a type 2 diabetic, manic depressive, PMOS. and I’ve yo- yo’d weight for about 10 years. I would look at a roll and gain 5 lbs. it didn’t matter if I ate whatever I wanted or healthy food, I gained the same amount of weight week after week. After starting a glp 1, the scale FINALLY stopped going up! I’ve lost 23 pounds and I’m starting to get more energy. I’m excited to see where it goes and now, I’m going to stop feeling guilty about the tool that has helped me get started. ❤️

I just started back on my journey. A few years ago. I started walking. That’s it. Well my ex husband informed me I should stop thinking I’m a badass because I took a walk in the driveway. Welp I lost 100 lbs doing those driveway walks and you know what BABE???… those walks gave me the strength to walk right out of that man’s life… hence the EX part. I think about those words everyday when I’m taking my “badass” little walks. Also I love you and thank you for REAL information oh and for keeping us feral and focused AMEN!

I did not know that it could help with food noise and binge eating. Didn't think it would help because eating until I felt sick and then still eating was already my normal. I didn't want to take meds that were going to do the same thing. On to research!

The food noise was insane for me. I didn’t realize how much it controlled my life until I started on a glp1. I stopped drinking soda with the help of it as well. I could tell myself no because it makes me feel yucky. Fancy coffee and I are still besties tho.

Totally agree, it makes it much easier for me to say “no” to food that’s not going to help me towards my goal, but I can still eat junk, etc. So making the right choices is still on me to do, it just takes the edge off. Lost 100 lbs naturally already, and I wish I had GLP1 for this whole process.

I was on phentermine for 3 months and it really changed the way I looked at food. It helped my body get somewhat back to normal. I have an autoimmune disease and saw zepbound really helps. I hope I get a low dose of it.
