@lub.to.eat: Michelin-recognized Thai fine dining that surprised me in the best way ✨ Finally tried Hed 11 in Japantown, located inside Kimpton Hotel Enso, and it’s featured in the Michelin Guide✨. We tried their à la carte menu, and the dishes were honestly so unique and flavorful🥹🧡 Our favorite was the Sea Crab Dip in Red Curry with Grilled Sticky Rice 🦀 It looked pretty simple at first, but one bite in and we were obsessed. The crab flavor was SO rich, fragrant, and fresh, and somehow the grilled sticky rice paired perfectly with it. The Shrimp Toast and Lobster Pad Thai were also sooo good and definitely some of my favorites! And if you love jasmine, you HAVE to try the Mae Mali 🌼 It’s made with jasmine syrup, sweet lime juice, and soda water. It’s slightly tart and refreshing, but still has such a fragrant jasmine flavor.
