Broccoli cheddar soup Here’s what you’ll need 🥕🥦 ⁃ 3 heads of broccoli ⁃ 2 cups carrots ⁃ 5 garlic cloves ⁃ 1 yellow onion ⁃ 2 tbsp onion powder ⁃ 2 tbsp garlic powder ⁃ 1 tbsp chicken bullion ⁃ 1 tsp paprika ⁃ 1 tsp complete seasoning ⁃ 4 cups chicken stock ⁃ 1 cup heavy cream ⁃ 4 tbsp butter ⁃ 4 tbsp flour ⁃ 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese Instructions: In a large pot add butter, onion and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes on medium heat, toss in your carrots and broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the flour and slowly start incorporating your chicken stock, make sure to stir as your pour to avoid clumps of flour in your soup. Add your spices and give it a good mix, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Your soup should be thick and bubbling at this point so go ahead and add the heavy cream and cheese, give it a good mix to make sure all the cheese has melted and enjoy! #soupseason #broccolicheddarsoup #cozyrecipes #fallrecipes #autumn
