Literally THE SAME thing happened to me! The higher ups were fake, and talked shit about everyone. Everyone i worked with everyone and none of the people who i worked alongside had anything bad to say about me cause i was REAL.

Absolutely dealt with the same at Chase Bank I was an associate banker and was terrorized by the manager because I was very liked by both clients & coworkers & naturally built trust with people which made people naturally drawn to me which also irritated her as she was fake to be liked then talk down on them when they left.

My manager would talk bad about me to other employees and say I complain too much. I complained about things that are not normal. I have an autistic sense of justice and I was viewed as difficult or even “hostile” because I was outspoken about the problems that went on there

Wow that hit me real hard! I lost my job this year because of staff (other managers) basically not liking how I called out issues that were causing issues with my work/department. Who did I trust… HR 🙄
