@ktvu2: 6 YEARS AGO: Many Bay Area residents remember Sept. 9, 2020 for the color of the sky during an intense wildfire season. This was during the COVID pandemic. Smoke from the North Complex Fire and other wildfires filled the air and blocked out the sun. This optical effect made for a dismal, dystopian mood given the unprecedented lockdown compounded by wilffire conditions.
