do you mind me asking about your hand/wrist. I had my little boy 19 months ago via c section and have had De Quervain's tenosynovitis in my hand ever since. if iys yhe same have u found anything other than splint and painkillers work? im waiting for surgery but in the UK wait lists are crazy thanks x

Just want to say thank you for sharing and talking about this! When I had my first, I never wanted to look at my scar. I’m having my second in a couple weeks time and (hopefully) I’m a little more comfortable with it this time around

I did absolutely no scar care on mine either. I had a pico dressing for 7 days after, and then nothing once that was off. I’m 6yrs out from mine now, and you can’t even see the scar anymore. I only have one numb spot on the right side, but it’s maybe a finger print size.

I was lazy with scar care too. You are lucky that you have sensation. I'm over 2 years on and have no sensation near the scar or half way up to my belly button.

Your scar looks great, mine ripped to the left with my first, and ripped to the right with my second so it looks way bigger, and is more of a smile shape 😂 which unfortunately frames the apron belly
