looks delicious! there’s this chain of banh mi spots here in the bay area called “dinosaurs sandwiches” they make beef kare kare banh mi and tocino banh mi too. they’re fire but they’re like $15😭

I've also experimented with this! I recommend doing a garlic mayo/garlic aioli and adding Roma tomato half moon slices that fit perfectly in the sandwich
