@hobywon_on_hollywood: On Review... Hope (2026) If you are hunting for the absolute best sci-fi action movie of the year so far, director Na Hong-jin's latest genre-blender delivers an unhinged, high-octane ride that easily towers over the standard blockbuster fare. The story is great, driven by top-notch acting across the board and an incredible ensemble that keeps the momentum surging. It is relentlessly action-packed, balanced brilliantly with plenty of sharply timed, funny moments that cut through the tension. The special effects are very well done, anchored by terrifying alien entities that move with a shockingly aggressive, scarily fast velocity that makes every encounter a nail-biter. While it does run a little too long and ultimately leads into a wide-open cliffhanger ending that clearly leaves the door cracked for a heavily anticipated sequel, it remains an absolute must-watch. An exhilarating, top-tier spectacle that demands to be seen on the biggest screen possible. Rating: 4.6 / 5 stars #HobywonOnHollywood #HopeMovie #SciFiAction #NaHongJin #MovieReview
