The fact that this got so much attention for a job most people probably wouldn’t have even considered five or six years ago is crazy. If anything, it shows just how many people are becoming disillusioned with modern society and desperately looking for a way to separate themselves from it. We need to get back to homesteading, self sufficiency, and what it once meant to be an American, building something of your own, providing for yourself and your family, and relying less on a system that feels increasingly unstable.
