@babynotebook: There are things about my children’s childhoods that I’m writing down simply because I loved knowing them. What they were proud of. What made them belly laugh. The questions they asked. The phase they were completely obsessed with one particular thing. Right now, those stories are mine. I was there for them. But one day my kids will be adults, and I love knowing they’ll be able to read about themselves through the eyes of the person who knew them first.
