I feel like you could’ve been sitting across from me, holding my hand and saying all these words. I got a simple injection in my knee today, did not realize how much pain I would be in. I told myself, that tonight could be a night that I would cry. Listening to you talk, I was able to reminisce about my day. A lot of complete strangers that I spoke to, and smiled because of it. A friend who needed a ride and my cat who needed extra attention. And I realized I am a good person, I am changing, I do want to be seen, and I know I am changing people‘s lives one day at a time.
