Introducing to you a movement I’ve created called “ For everyBODY” — From a young age, we are conditioned to believe our bodies should look a certain way—whether that means fitting into a specific clothing size, achieving an ideal body shape, or conforming to unrealistic expectations. Rather than being encouraged to appreciate our bodies as they are, we are constantly pressured to change them. There have been times when I hesitated to wear clothing I genuinely love because of my two prosthetic legs and my size as a 12-14 woman. Although I know my worth is not determined by my appearance, I have struggled with feelings of inadequacy when comparing myself to people who are smaller or able-bodied. I know I am not alone in this experience — many of us have felt similar pressures when it comes to our own bodies. That is why I created this project. My goal is to partner with brands to highlight body diversity and challenge harmful beauty standards. I want to show the world that bodies like mine exist, that every person—regardless of their size, shape, or physical difference — deserves to wear the clothing they love with confidence. More than anything, I want to empower people to embrace their bodies and help younger generations grow up in a world where fashion is about self-expression and empowerment within themselves, without any limitations on what they can and can’t wear because of how their body looks. When brands choose to showcase real, diverse bodies, they send a powerful message: beauty is not one-size-fits-all, confidence comes from self-acceptance, and everyone deserves to take up space. I want people to be able to wear the outfits they love, without feeling bad about their bodies. Not just for us, but for our inner child’s too. For this post, I am honoured to collaborate with @Henne want to thank them for supporting this movement and for always supporting me on my own personal journey, through always. It felt so right for them to be the first collaboration of this movement. Because style is for everyBODY. 🤍 #fyp #viral #fypage #foryou #trending
