@cbsla: More destruction is being reported at beachfront homes in the Capistrano Bay District inDana Point after days of powerful swells battered the coast. Homeowners have moved furniture and belongings out of their houses as waves continue to undermine properties, with some homes red-tagged and others yellow-tagged. Hurricane Marie-generated swells have slammed into the houses on Beach Road for days, undermining several vulnerable properties where little to no sand exists to buffer the structures from waves. Year after year, nearby beaches have been getting smaller and smaller.
