A lot of times I see driver make this same mistake. At every light there’s a universal 3 seconds rule. Analyzing the video and stopping the video right at 6 seconds, the red vehicle shouldn’t try to beat the light fr going on red and pulling out on a major road. 2. The car on the major road didn’t run the light if anyone look carefully and stop the video at the right time you’ll see that the car on the major road came at the light right as it turn green and the other light turn red. The red car pulling out run the red light trying to beat the light. End of story

Furthermore this video proof and what your saying is quite contrast to each other, cause the amber light mean to stop or slow down and in your case yuh look pretty much distracted on the green like yuh deh pon yuh phone or yah look fhi something inna the car hence from yuh see the amber just stop…neva a tek much out a yuh… the next car wrong but this could have been prevented…cause you wrong to worse yah exit from minor to major

a yellow light means you should slow down. the person exiting the mall is still in his right. noticed the car hit the vehicle in the middle of the road so the vehicle that done the damage was seeing red from at the hospital gate or from even the gas station so he had all the time to stop. when the vehicles collided that's when he got the green light. yellow light meas you should slow down. red means you should stop.
