Other societies thrive and outperform us because they work as a complete team. We work as individual and are thus exposed because one of our traits will never sit well with everyone. Its easy then for our leaders to be attacked because no one is perfect. Other races even have special units to do the dirty work that has to be done in silence. We seek the perfect and are forever searching as those people do not exist.
