There is nothing inherently wrong with those questions. The problem is when you are asking them just because you think you need to keep the conversation moving. Ask about things you genuinely want to know. If she mentions something interesting, go deeper. Ask what she thinks about it. Share your own perspective. Let the conversation move toward topics that actually create curiosity for both of you. You are not conducting an interview.
