gosh, i remember when i was in korea tried to cook ayam pedas and tumis nasi kerabu with their electric stove and boxed santan took forever to achieve a fragment of what gas stove can do

I had a buy a butane gas stove from Halfords for this very reason. Your secret is safe with me! But can cook bubur lah on that electric stove.

I have an induction stove & one thing that’s a miss is the wok hey. You can’t get wok hey with an electric or induction stoves… 😭 Stews, soups and regular frying/sauté no different.
