@hybridcalisthenics: Ranking random pullup bars I find in the wild - part 2 "the wild" is pretty much just anything that's not my pullup bar at home For most people, I recommend getting a good pullup bar they can use at home (or at a gym). I don't like the doorway pullup bars UNLESS you can drill in mounts. I know that's a hassle but I feel like they're not very secure otherwise (even if the product claims that it's fine). A standalone pullup tower is good. If you have a home gym and a half rack or power rack, then the bars on those are very secure. And, of course, some gym rings work great on a place you can hang Have a wonderful day! #hybridcalisthenics
Disclaimer: after trying out a few of these in the wild, you have a grasp what’s good and not. Not of them will be stable to hold any weight and you should a feel of it. So if it feels and look like it, just don’t. You be lucky if minor injury but some folks are just unlucky. Some damage aren’t felt until the next day.
